At Puria, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to request a return or refund under certain conditions.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Missing or damaged original packaging

  • Returns not approved by our team

If you receive a product that is:

  • Or does not match your order
